The following is a list containing all known Fifth Gear introductory sequences.

Title sequences
2002 sequence
Title card: Episodes 1 - 23

5th Gear's very first introduction sequence was highly reminiscent of the 1999 Top Gear title sequence, which involved various shaky shots surrounding an E46 BMW M3 as it drove across various locations in the wet.

2003, first update
Title card: Episodes 24 - 33

Starting from Series 3, the programme's name was changed to Fifth Gear.

2003, second update
Title card: Episodes 34 - 66

Series 4 saw the first significant changes made to the introduction sequence, which now replaced some of the original footage with brief excerpts from the programme, namely the Lamborghini Murciélago and Pagani Zonda road tests from Series 1, the hot hatch and Ferrari Enzo track tests from Series 2, and a clip of Tiff Needell drifting a Subaru Impreza WRX from Series 3, Episode 6.

2005 update
Title card: Episodes 67 - 76
Finally, for Series 7, the introduction sequence was massively shortened to just 10 seconds long, and included scenes that had been recorded in advance, such as Vicki Butler-Henderson driving her own mother around a circuit in a Lamborghini Murciélago.
