At 63 minutes, 5 seconds, the Series 15 Premiere is the longest non-special episode of Top Gear.
At 88 minutes, 19 seconds, the India Special is the longest individual episode of Top Gear.
At 135 minutes, 19 seconds, the Directors' Cut of the Burma Special is the longest officially-released episode of Top Gear, compiling together episodes six and seven of Series 21, along with some previously-unused footage.

At 59 minutes, 19 seconds, the Winter Olympics Special is the shortest Top Gear special.
At 53 minutes, 31 seconds, Series 9, Episode 2 is the shortest non-special episode of Top Gear.
At 49 minutes, 0 seconds, Top Gear: Festival Sydney is the shortest official Top Gear release.
At 41 minutes, 4 seconds, the internationally-released cut of Series 5, Episode 9 is the shortest "full-length" episode of Top Gear, removing the entire "Pacific Rim" road test segment.
At 27 minutes, 41 seconds, Best of Top Gear #9 is the shortest episode of Top Gear (albeit in compiled form) to air on BBC Two.

Otherwise, at 6 hours, 6 minutes, Series 11 is the shortest series of Top Gear.

With 161 straight appearances from 2002 to 2013, Richard Hammond holds the record for most consecutive appearances in Top Gear, his streak broken by the Sydney Festival, a special in which he did not partake.
Jeremy Clarkson holds the record for most episode appearances, appearing in 182 of the 188 episodes, including a sole (archive) appearance in James May's Cars of the People.
The Suzuki Liana holds the record for the vehicle with the most consecutive appearances on Top Gear, appearing in the show's first 65 episodes.
Appearing in every episode from Series 10, Episode 1 to Series 17, Episode 6, the Toyota Hilux makes 58 consecutive onscreen appearances out of a total 107, the latter figure a record for any vehicle.
