Production history
The Vauxhall-badged Monaro first appeared in 2004. Its production run was rather short, as it had been introduced to the UK during the Australian Monaro's fourth year of production, and the last few cars were built in 2006, although a handful weren't registered until a year later.
Media appearances
The Vauxhall Monaro made its television debut for Series 5, Episode 1 of Top Gear on the 24th October, 2004. This car was tested alongside the Jaguar S-Type R and Chrysler 300C HEMI. It made its final televised appearance for Series 10, Episode 6 of Fifth Gear on the 30th October, 2006, a little over 2 years since its first appearance.
