Eventually, once this Wiki is tens of thousands of pages deep, I plan to have in-depth year summaries detailing what happened during each year. Again, like the rest of the Wiki, non-relevant births and deaths will not be reported (i.e. the birth of a motoring journalist, since they're obviously not famous at that point, nor post-retirement deaths, since they occurred outside their career as an automotive journalist). Likewise, racing events will typically not be recorded either, unless it's notable enough to warrant an appearance (e.g. the 2003 24 Hour 2CV round at Snetterton, 2007 Britcar 24 Hour Race), or falls into one of the other below categories (i.e. the 2004 Monaco Grand Prix, which Clarkson and May attended whilst Hammond was stuck presenting the Eastbourne Motor Show)

• Green = Release of audiovisual media
• Cyan = Production of audiovisual media
